Robert P. “Popie” Billeaud, President/Owner – Popie has a degree in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University (1975) and joined J. B. Mouton, Inc. as a project manager in 1976. Over the last three decades he has been involved in all aspects of the company. Today he is sole owner and president and is still actively involved in estimating, project management, and field supervision as well as his duties as president.

Kim Martin Nehrbass, Vice-President – Kim has a degree in Applied Arts from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (1978). After working for two years in the field for J. B. Mouton, he worked as a project manager for an architectural firm. There he worked on schools, office buildings and specialty projects such as the Cajundome. He joined J. B. Mouton in 1989. In the 15 years with us he has managed many of our larger projects and is currently our senior project manager and lead estimator.

David C. Prejean, Secretary/Treasurer, Controller – David has a degree in Accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (1980), and a Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1982. David has worked in public accounting in addition to holding Controller positions with software, advertising, and construction companies before joining J. B. Mouton in 1995.
